Radius Style Simple Terms & Conditions of Sale

As a customer, when you make your purchase you agree to our terms and conditions.

When you request, and we provide, National shipping costs, those estimated costs are for custom VIP white glove, blanket wrap delivery from one of our trusted, reliable, coast to coast transportation companies. That service provides pre-inspected, carefully blanket wrapped, custom furniture transport, which generally includes inside delivery and set up in your room.

Unless we agree otherwise in advance, customer assumes all responsibility for pick up from our Los Angeles area warehouse, or you can deal directly with our recommended local, regional or national transport company, or the long distance shipper of their choice, to obtain best shipping price.

Obviously, once your item leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery and the safety and condition of your purchase, transfers fully to the transportation company. Please inspect your item carefully upon receipt. Any claims, if necessary by the buyer, must be made directly to the shipping company, and MUST be made at the time of delivery, or within a maximum of 24 hours, or claims will be considered invalid. This is a strict transport company rule, and there are no exceptions. In the unlikely event of transportation damage, we specifically reserve the right to repair any item to it’s original new condition, or provide replacement at our sole discretion.

All items are clearly and carefully represented but, for obvious reasons, Radius cannot assume responsibility for any normal color, hue and grain variance from photographic representation or appearance, especially based on the fact that customers color display and/or limitations of customers monitor, may vary. Generally, our local warehouse will make a final determination of which item will be shipped.

All items are hand crafted in the USA, to careful specifications, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for buyers oversight or failure to measure properly, or in predetermining proper application, fit, color match, or any other circumstance beyond Radius control.

Except for vintage items, and unless otherwise specified as floor sample or prototype, all furniture pieces are sold as new, and because of the clear and evident possibility of damage, wear and tear, soiling, and/or a variety of other factors, All Sales are Final.

Please keep in mind that we appreciate your business, and will certainly do everything in our power to correct any problems that might arise, and always endeavor to satisfy every customer. However, we do reserve the right to refuse any order or decline to do business, at our sole discretion.

These simple terms and conditions constitute a logical basic agreement between customer and Radius with respect to all sales, and deliveries. Any changes from the above agreement must be made in advance, and agreed in writing, by an authorized representative of Radius.
